Learning this ability does not grant additional passive effects.
Threat describes the amount of hate an action generates on it's target. Abilities that inflict damage always generate threat proportional to the amount of damage dealt.
While having no attack or damage bonus, this attack still deals excellent damage due to having 4 quickly chained weapon impacts and some guaranteed criticals.
The final knockdown will interrupt any action the target is taking, however due to being at the end of the attack combo, it is not the best choice when trying to stop a target quickly.
This ability generates a very high amount of threat on the target, so it can be used strategically to draw attention from other party members.
Likewise, it makes the ability dangerous for rogue characters…
