Hints and Troubleshooting

Q: After playing the Dwarf Noble Origin story, I am stripped of all my items, including the Blood Dragon Armor and other DLC items. How do I get them back?

A: After losing the items, perform the following steps to restore all items except for the Memory Band, for which no solution is known at this point.

• Save your game.
• Exit to the main menu and go into the 'Downloadable Content' menu.
• Uncheck all of your active DLCs.
• Load your savegame. Confirm the 'Force Load' option.
• Save your game.
• Go back to the Downloadable Content Menu and re-check all of items.
• Reload Load a savegame.

Q: My downloadable content sits at 100% but does not seem to install. What am I doing wrong?

A: Downloadable content takes a while to be installed after downloading. It will do so in the background. You can try pressing the 'refresh' button to trigger the game to install if it is actually done downloading.

If the issue persists, please perform the following steps:

• Exit the game.
• Select 'configure' from the game's launcher.
• Select the Configure→Repair→Clear Download Cache option.
• Restart the game.
