Shifter Mod

Adds a second, dragon themed line of abilities to the shapeshifter specialization as follows.

• Draconic Blood - (Passive), increased fire resistance and damage with fire spells.
• Dragonling - (Sustained) Summons a dragonling who fiercely defends your party.
• Dragonling Shape - (Active), Change into a Dragonling with (bite, fire breath) attacks.
• Drake Shape - (Bite), Change into a Drake with bite, fire breath, and powerful rake attack.

Unfortunately, forms larger than drake are not really working well when driven by the player, but dragonling and drake are actually decent.
